So, you’d like to purchase a tin of beans?  No problem.  In our store we pride ourselves on providing you, the customer with choice.  If you would like to follow me, I will show you where they are and possibly run through the options with you.  Of course it is no problem.  Customer satisfaction is our motto.

So, as you can see, we have three choices.  On this shelf are the branded items.  My personal favourite!  Don’t tell the boss, but I prefer these.  I think the sauce tastes better.  Only a personal preference though.  On this shelf are our own brand beans.  Not bad for the price and very popular with our clients.  Finally, on this shelf are the low-cost brands.  Don’t be put off by the packaging, inside they are still beans: different but still beans and again, popular with our clients.  We wouldn’t stock them if they weren’t!

Well, yes, there is a difference in cost.  That is why we offer you the option.  I know I said the sauce was tastier in the higher priced ones.  That is my personal opinion but that is what you are paying for.  Of course the taste in the low-cost beans is of a high quality.  We pride ourselves in offering a quality product whatever the cost.  If you are working to a budget, you will still get a quality tin of beans, it’s just…….. you get what you pay for, I’m sure you understand.

Can you have the branded beans at the low cost price?  Well, that is a bit unfair.  We already provide the best cost for these products across the three price brackets.  I challenge you to find comparable beans in a different store at a cheaper price.  Oh, you’ve tried!  No success then?

I assure you, at the end of the day, which ever tin of beans suits you budget, you still get high quality beans, in a very favourable sauce, packaged to the best standards possible.  Sometimes decisions come down to cost, sometimes the decision is based on which beans you have bean you have been brought up on.  I prefer the branded beans, so I pay the extra pennies.
