Event Delivery
Ground:zero created a Cuban revolutionary theme for the event, the pre production team
produced a stage setting with props and graphics that not only reflected the clients specific
product launch message but also created an atmosphere of theatre for the event.
By combining a striking set design combined with strong graphical imagery, supported by
sound and lighting the event was both different in style and delivered - beyond the clients’
expectations. This was in part achieved by transforming a sterile hotel room from top to
bottom - Cuban style. A technical crew of five rigged the event and a team of three
managed the production throughout.
Outcome
The event was an overwhelming success, with the entire Ground:zero team producing a
faultless show, this was affirmed by the client in its selection of the company as its preferred
Audio Visual events partner.
