In the event business, relationships are built on TRUST.  Event organisers need

to trust that the network of suppliers involved in their event will provide the

QUALITY service they agreed to in pre-production and on the day.

Our goal at Groundzero is to reaffirm this TRUST every day to our clients.

But how do you promote to new potential clients and reassure to current clients,

this intangible value?  One of the best ways we can do this is to constantly

review our quality control procedures and have this validated by a recognisable

external organisation.

For this reason we have been ISO 9001:2015 accredited for over seven years.

ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements

for a quality management system (QMS). Organisations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

This certification gives us confirmation that the highest quality standards are guiding us.  The 9001 standard is based on a number of principles including strong customer focus, a robust process approach and continuous improvement, helping to ensure that our customers get a consistently, awesome quality service.

Groundzero has just been certified for another three years.

I bet there are not many event companies that can boast this accreditation.  It is just one way of showing to you that quality and consistency are our daily focus at Groundzero.
