This was the largest logistical event we completed in 2019.  Ground:zero was providing technical support for the main site at the Royal College of Physicians in London with full AV support, and full video conferencing facilities.  This would have been a challenge on its own with limited get in time and rig time as well as limited access which dictated the equipment and set we could provide, if it was not for the fact that Ground:zero had to provide technical support for 17 satellite locations.  Nine were two way sites, meaning they could provide content as well to the other 17 sites.

A number of vehicles left our warehouse with kit and technicians at various times to allow set and rehearsal for an event in the evening.  We used another AV supplier to help with some of the sites furthest away from our office.

The event was a great success but the client has chosen to reduce the number of site next time and increase the number of delegates at each site.
