The HCA Forum

Another visit to the Celtic Manor Resort, Spa and famous golf course saw us supporting the annual National Leadership and Development Forum for the Hospital Catering Association.  The event also included a major exhibition of suppliers and organisers as part of the forum.

The rig took place the day before the event with the venue providing all the rigging support.  The set was a 50 ft hanging backdrop with two screens incorporated.

The truck was on the road by 4am.  Just another day (and night) in the life of the Ground:zero team!

With a packed agenda of speakers and evening entertainment two crews were required.  The day crew ran the forum presentations and the night crew were in charge of the entertainment on stage.

All the presentations were filmed along with footage of the exhibition.  After the event a promotional video was produced to promote the event for 2020.

The de-rig was straight after the last evening entertainment with the truck on the road by 4am.  Just another day (and night) in the life of the Ground:zero team!
